In that case get rid of them. Trying to step past them is harder than when they are gone.

Drove truck about 5 miles, no sounds. Everything felt good.

Also debating on debadging the tailgate. Not because it looks better but because it helps keep it cleaner since so much crap builds up between and behind the badges.

As long as I can afford the fuel or when electric trucks become mainstream I'm always going to drive one, and probably will always be a Silverado.

I've got a Suzuki swift. They seemed to be really popular back home for big guys.

Just caught myself standing in the driveway looking at the truck. Lol.
Looks so much better without the steps.
Next step is to do something about the wheels and buy some long tubes.

Removed the side steps the other day. Looks so much cleaner now.

My issue is that although they are a "good" wheel, I hate the design. Really thinking about just saving up and buying a set of wheels to replace them.

How about no.
I do like the idea of black wheels with a silver outer rim though. Just want to keep them at 16" since that is what is on there now and I like the tires I have.
