Different vehicle, different nut. I just happened to have a job yesterday. It spun the other side off easier.

I'm looking at getting some cordless power tools as well and not sure what to buy. I'm either the worst at shopping or the best. I spend so much time comparing and reading reviews that it takes me forever to buy anything. Lol

Edit: Looking at the DeWalt DCF899 and the Milwaukee 2767.

Looking at this and it seems like a lot of tools for the money, but the tools in this set aren't brushless.

That is a lot of tool for the money. People ran bushes for years. Unless your a user that depends on them, I wouldn’t worry.

picked up some bauer yard tools. so far so good, the pole saw works really nice. Also i read that you can mod the tools to use dewalt batteries, so may consider that in the future. For $250 i got the pole saw, edger/trimmer, and small hand shear

Alright. 2yrs later and I’m ready to pull the trigger.

What’s everyone like?

I saw a kobalt with 1200 busting power. I have all kobalt stuff so that’s tempting. I could get the tool without the battery, so that would be nice price wise. Plus have plenty of back up batteries.

But I really want to make sure I’m buying something good.

Top all around are typically in this order, Milwaukee, Dewalt, Makita. They have the best life span, batteries and power.

Gas > electric

Those were for drills, not impact, but it is where I need to be looking.

Milwaukee, then dewalt. Anything else is a mistake because you’re going to limit yourself to tool choices. The dewalt flex volt stuff is really nice. I have the 60v circular saw and sawzall, love them.
