Swapped out taillights and painted the bed rails with some bedliner.

Eventually going to probably use bedliner in the whole bed, but just wanted to get the rails done for now.

Waiting on my shipment of magnaflow exhaust and bilstein 5100 shocks. Should get those put on next week.

Then when I have time, going to probably get the wheels rebalanced.

After that just waiting on what I am going to do for a radio. I know what speakers I am going to buy, but once I know from Ryan if his stereo works and he is still willing to sell it, I will buy the rest of the stuff I need to install all of that as well.

That should be everything I plan on doing for a long time.

Let me know how you like the stereo as I need one for the avalanche and we are basically the same.

Ordered a rubber bed mat and speakers this morning. Set for delivery by the end of next week.

Shocks should be here tomorrow so I will try to get them installed tomorrow night. Exhaust tracking say Sunday but not sure if it will be delivered that day. Unless it get delivered tomorrow I'll have to wait until the end of next week to install it.

Personally you're better off with HPTuners than you would be with a canned tune.

This. The diablo tuner is best for the cyl cut off.

Yep. That's the catch. I had garage cleanup after the engine swap to do today. Also had to get the mower working again. Tomorrow I get to chop down the back yard forest.

Got it all done tonight. One of the front shocks bilstein sent the wrong size nut. Luckily I had one laying around to use until they send me a correct one. Exhaust came out easily. Love the no rust stuff. No broken bolts nothing hard to remove at all. Just had to cut the old exhaust off at the outlet of the old muffler and it all came out nice. New magnaflow went in super easy except for when I accidentally broke a clamp. Luckily I had a few left over from the 3 inch exhaust I had on the mustang.

Good call on the magnaflow too. Sounds great. Bilsteins feel better than what was on there too.

Pic of new exhaust before installing it.

Oh and the truck handles so much better. And acceleration is better too. Engine feels stronger and feels like it stays in power better.

Whenever you test the radio shoot me a message on Facebook. I think you follow me on there, right? Then we can work out payment, shipping, etc.

Head unit and subwoofer won't be here until next week but I did install the new speakers last night. Sounds better already. Also the drivers door speaker was completely trashed. Cone basically was disintegrated.
