Bring a Trailer thread

Post by alienviking »

So much to Jeff's constant amusement I browse a lot of cars. I never buy them :p I got better things to spend money on haha! But I do sometimes find some interesting stuff.. and since I refuse to work anymore today I am starting a thread for BaT finds! Although some will be oddballs..

1967 Nissan Patrol - http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1967-nissan-patrol/
I've always liked these for some reason.. probably same reason why I like old Land Rovers haha.

1994 Land Rover Defender - http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1994-l ... fender-st/
Speaking of Land Rovers.. I need a moment by myself now..

1984 Chevy Blazer - http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1984-c ... k5-blazer/
For some reason I've always liked 2 door Blazers. Perfect winter cars and could haul all my gear without any problems! This one is almost too nice though.. although that blue interior..

1963 Cadillac ambulance - http://bringatrailer.com/2016/01/27/two ... arts-cars/
All I want to do is turn this into a Ghostbusters car to haul my gear around.. would be badass to show up to races in!

1975 Lockheed Model 901 8×8 - http://bringatrailer.com/2016/01/30/dra ... l-901-8x8/
Not sure I want to own it.. but holy shit I want to drive it! Preferably in Texas to shut up some truck drivers there.

1963 Velorex 16/175 Three-Wheeler - http://bringatrailer.com/2016/01/30/vin ... e-wheeler/
I.. don't even know what to say. A vehicle only Captain Slow could love?

1974 Datsun 620 KA24DE/5-Speed Swapped - http://bringatrailer.com/2016/01/24/datsun-620-pickup/
For some odd reason I love this one.. I'd drive it in a heart beat. Kind of want it..

Me too. Been fascinated by those forever it seems. Of course the Russian equivalents always featured prominently back home in my younger days..

1982 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler V8 5-Speed - http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1982-j ... scrambler/
Always wanted one of these. Awesome restoration job on it. I'd so drive this!

1964 Datsun NL320 Pick-Up - http://bringatrailer.com/2016/02/02/sha ... 0-pick-up/
Never seen one of these.. the Japanese version of an El Camino? I kind of like it!

1973 Citroen SM - http://bringatrailer.com/2016/02/02/scr ... candidate/
Don't know how common Citroens really are here.. well I know they are fairly rare but not sure how many have driven one. My friends parents always had Citroens, and they were both amazingly awesome and terrible at the same time. Best feature? The faster you drove over a speed bump the less you could feel it! Yes we thoroughly tested that out...

1969 Aston Martin DBS Aluminum Bodywork - http://bringatrailer.com/2016/02/02/bri ... -bodywork/
Anybody got a spare chassis laying around?
