Now V I'de believe that if Jeff posted some positive stuff there, altho I dont go there everyday so maybe I've missed stuff? I know he was posting info about the flash tuned ecu for the 98 and 99's, he got into it with Alan about the calendar a year or two back and now the NG debate. I just find he's only ever there to fight the mods. If he were there more for good and bad stuff, I think he would have more merit, but maybe he couldn't care less about what I believe. ;)

Scotty
I believe that Jeff has just as much if not more passion for the platform then just about anyone out there (even though he wont admit it :p ). He's just pissed off, like a lot of us, and rightfully so at what 3SI has become. From all the autoforums BS, to longterm members getting banned for no reason (i.e. me), to the whole NG debacle its just rediculous.

People can stand back and defend 3SI as much as they want, but the facts are there. Things wont change until the administration changes. The fact is the admins in place now were the 2 worst choices, and they both got chosen.

And they will not change unless AF is hurt in financially.

Loss of traffic/revenue is the only thing they will listen to.

Can we stop talking about me and let Alan get back to his thread?

Well to be honest you are part of this topic ;)

Finding out how to get people like you that are passionate about the 3S platform and upset with the current the 3SI administration to move to 3sgto. (or at least visit/post from time to time)

For one I don't own a 3S anymore. I do visit 3si once a month or so to check things out and see who has the quickest car at the moment.

For two the design reminds me of Geocities. Black background and header that takes half of the page? Yes I know I can switch designs but 95% of people out there don't know that.

Okay. I'll say another couple of reasons I don't come.

1. I don't agree with your administration/policies. I don't know how/if it's changed, but I can't imagine that it has much.

2. I'm still ticked off at you.
As someone I thought was a friend and fellow administrator, you betrayed me when you outed me picking on Bobby.
You've not only done worse on 3si, but the exact same thing. You could have called me out privately to change it or you would out me...but you just went and did it.
The resulting shit storm was the beginning of the split that almost killed Bawc.
I do care about this place...and I feel you were trying to stir up shit and cause problems here. Perhaps you felt it was 'pay back' for the past 3si problems...but I left 3si, and didn't make problems on your forum. You stayed here and tried to be 'part of the gang'. Jeff and I helped you out at NG09...and I thought we were all friends again. Then you backstabbed me.

Let's just say the 'warm and fuzzies' for 3sgtfo aren't there...

Whenever you use forceful and overt verbal persuasion to try to convince others to see things your way, they're probably not listening to what you say, Instead they're looking for every error in you your logic and mistakes in your facts, all the while constructing counterarguments. Worse still, they don't merely believe you're wrong; they need you to be wrong in order to protect the status quo. I would sell my car tomorrow for $6000 as it sits. All spare parts included.

You do not want me on your board. I only mess with 3SI to tweak Warlock's nose, to vent my frustrations, and because I am exceptionally bored.

None of these are good reasons. I need therapy.
I love you, but you really need to let that shit go Vira. You were doing a mean thing and you got called out on it. Are you more angry that Alan outed you or more angry that you got caught?

The split wasn't to be blamed on Alan or you..your shens were just another symptom of the overall problem. By your own admission you were using your admin/mod powers to pick on another member that you had personal beef with..that's pretty fucked up and not a Vira sort of thing to do, I was frankly shocked and disappointed as you are one of the nicest people I know.

People weren't sick of you for that incident they were sick of the admins here for a string of incidents and breaches of trust..that was just the straw that broke the camel's back. This place like all forums was cliquey as shit...I'm glad it changed.

You were both wrong...deal with it. Life is too fucking short to hate someone.
Yes, I'm upset that Alan outed me. If I were caught another way, I would have been surprised, but not upset about it.
Yes, I'm sure I shocked and disappointed some with my actions, but I'm human and Bobby crossed a line with me. :eh:
were sick of the admins here for a string of incidents and breaches of trust.
What incidents and breaches of trust before that?? Of course we know about what happened after...but what before?

Sure, we were both wrong, and while I don't hate Alan, I still don't trust him as a 'friend' now, and I still don't agree with his admin policies.

This is not about rehashing what happened though. (detail for detail) I'm saying it did happen, thus these are my feelings.

Vira, that incident spun way out of control and may things went in direction I never imagined.

I NEVER wanted to harm BAWC. If I had known what was going to happen I would not have posted.
