Anyone have an Expedition service manual?

Anyone have a 2000 Expedition service manual or know anything about the transmission in the Ford trucks? I have a coworker who has lost 4th gear and occassionally 3rd gear. This reminds me of the problem we frequently see with end clutches. Without knowing a single thing about Ford tranmissions, I wondered if this could be as simple as a busted clutchpack or solenoid.

I have a set of Ford DVDs that go from 2000 to 2005 (If I remember right)

I can check when I get home tonight.
