According to Bubba the Love Sponge (satellite radio shock jock) Nick is fine. bubba is a friend of the family, and was at the hospital when Nick was released. Bunch of scrapes and bruises, and a broken wrist. Apparently the passenger is in more serious condition.

I don't really have much of an opinion on it. I'm just passing the info along because I saw it on Jalopnik during my normal travels on that site.

Last night, the news said that Hogan was released from the hospital. I'm not sure on what the extent of his injuries was, other than he was listed in serious condition when he was admitted.

The other kid was still in the hospital. As far as I know, he is still in critical condition.

So apparently he's had 4 "excessive speed" tickets in the year he's had his license. This accident is 1 of them (they didn't state a speed for it though) however 2 of the other 3 have been for over 100mph.

Yeah, the kid is a douche for driving so fast and is an idiot who should have his license taken away, but he's a pretty cool guy in person. I've met him a few times and he doesn't act like he's a bad ass in person...he just does the stupid shit that most kids do...only in a 600HP Supra. we shouldn't all be so hyprocritical
