1. fixing my broken ac hardline(the low pressure one that starts at the compressor and ends right near the master cylinder) do I have to remove anything to get to that bolt at the compressor? just wondering cause im gonna do that today.

idk your pic isnt working ryan. Yea im thinking about grounding mine on a screw as well. Maybe where my old alarm used to be.
Re: just a couple of newb q's
Ebrake one is easy. There is a wire coming off of the ebrake handle in the center console. Just tap into that and your ebrake ground is officially hooked up. The other grounds go to the chassis. You can also ground the ebrake to the chassis instead of to the ebrake handle if you really don't care about having that safety feature.
As for the AC, you might want to pull the radiator out to get to it easier. You can just unbolt the 2 brackets ontop of the radiator and unplug the 3 wiring harness. Pull up on the radiator and lay it on top of the engine (with the radiator hoses still attached).

so apparently 1st gen and 2nd gen hoses are different lol. It looks the same till the end where the line meets the compressor. Its on a different angle and the little pin is on the opposite side. Im gonna try to drill a hole tomorrow at work in it for the pin. Its pretty flexable so it might make due with a little bending.
Hans, the wire that I though went to the ebrake has a 2-pronged harness on the end. I didn't think I should cut it and splice it into the black ebrake ground, or should I? There is also a wire coming off the ebrake wrapped in red cover, what's that?
The red covered wire is for your airbag... I wouldn't touch that one
. There is only one wire coming off of the ebrake handle. Just tap it into the ebrake wire... no cutting of wires involved.
