Brake Rotors

Post by Zentelis »

I'm in a bind. I want/need to replace my Stealth's front rotors. Currently, they are Porterfield cryo-treated.
They are too small for the Porsche big-red caliper kit I have and the pad overlaps the inner diamter of the rotor.

supercar sells rotors that fit, but they're $750!!!
I can't justify $750 for rotors unless I have absolutely no choice.

So, as near as I can figure it, I need 330mm X 32mm rotors with a bolt pattern to fit a Stealth..and preferably something less than $750.

I've searched KVR, Porterfield, Stoptech, EBC, Brembo and a couple others and can find no measurements on any of their race rotors.
I'd prefer 1-piece.

Suggestions? Is my search-foo weak?

I'd have asked on 3Si, but I'd probably get flamed for not searching "well enough" :p

Cobra rotors would probably work if they are the right diameter. Many gvr4 guys use them in their brake upgrades.

Here's an idea, since your car never sees a race track.

Sell your Brembos to me, and I'll send you my red painted and custom lettered stock setup :D
