I think he was warning us about the Intrax thing before it gets more in depth. It won't though since I probably won't be offering them. In my mind the Teins are a better choice for a TT anyways.

internet hype (good or bad) = business.

if i needed anything believe me....yours is one of the few shops i would buy from. 3sx lost my business at the ipo merger. IPS lost my business about a year ago when jeff got into a pissing match with me on 3si. his dealings with ryan ciancis order finalized it. (7 months after putting the fmic in were still missing 1 of the IC pipes.)

I'll take a free T-shirt.

Magnets... Every place I go for food has the fridge magnet, I always grab one for later, i pick places based on what they have on the magnets. So... Magnet Tool, maybe get those little 3 dollar magnetic tool grabbers logo'ized. That would be cool. Also think of sending a car decal, its ricey but it works, think of all the aftermarket places that put their little decal in the package with their product and how many cars do you see with those on them. TONS. I hate the cars but I like the products. Not talking a free windshield banner just a 2"x8" bumper sticker sized, vinyl window cling decal, maybe adhesive but recommend putting it in the window.

Stickers are something I'm working on. Seems like every contact I get for them though is worthless. I think I just need to go to a generic sign store and get them made instead of messing with my friends's, brother's, cousin.

As for the magnet grabbers that's a good idea. I actually found these tire pressure gauge/pen combo's that were pretty cool. Have thought about picking up them.

Put me down as another person who didn't have a clue that Terry owned a shop, and I've been around since February of 2004. That may explain some things I've always wondered about.

I suggest calling 3sx and trying to pry IPO away from them. You could buy out his contract and have him tune and race your car. Hello advertising!

I further suggest giving him a 10-year deal with a large signing bonus.

I have a feeling he might have been sarcastic about that one. If he is serious I definately need to change something considering he definately used to be a post whore. Maybe since I stayed away from the drama he missed all my posts? :p

I actually was not kidding - I did not know Terry owned Maximal Performance. The main thing I knew about Terry was that he didn't like me. I have also never been a post whore, although it may seem like it to some of you. The fact is, I simply always made my posts count, so it seems like there were more than there were.

I bought a BOV and a downpipe for my 3S...not that much more, so I didn't pay much attention to the shops. I bought the Stillen downpipe at DR, and talked to Matt for 15 minutes one day when I called to get the status of my order. He was one hell of a nice guy.

I figured if they're going to make money off drama there's no reason I can't take a piece of the pie.
